Pyxara Service

We provide an AI-powered social media management platform: content creation, scheduling, integrations, and analytics.

We may launch, modify, or discontinue features while keeping the platform stable and secure.

Eligibility & account

You must have legal capacity to contract. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

Plans, billing & Stripe

Plans may include subscriptions and/or credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. Local taxes may apply.

Recurring billing: unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of the term.

Cancellations take effect in the next cycle. Some amounts may be non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, infringement of third-party rights, abusive scraping, or to interfere with service security.

Third-party integrations

When you connect social accounts, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the granted permissions. You can revoke at any time.

Content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to operate, improve, and provide the service (e.g., store, process, and publish content per your instructions).

Pyxara trademarks, logos, and software are ours or licensed. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or data loss, except where required by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

Governing law & venue

The laws of Portugal apply. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
